1. Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proper unboxing video/photo proof is required

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in specific cases:

  • Size issue (if applicable)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

Note: Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange
  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Eligible Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • No proof (photo/video) is provided

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
